HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

While shipping costs can vary, most items will use flat rate shipping. For larger items, however, shipping cost is determined by the size, weight and how far your item will be shipped.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancelations before the item is packaged and shipped. Please call or text the store at 832-785-5271 to speak to an employee. We cannot cancel the order if the item has already been processed and shipped.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE?

Yes! Please select PICK UP before checking out, and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready. Orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours.

CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT ONLINE?

No, gift cards and store credit are currently only available for in-store purchases.

HOW IS MY PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED?

We ship your package through USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Once the tracking number says the package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please address it to a place where it can be safely delivered.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We make every effort to process and ship your order in 1-2 business days. During the holidays, processing and shipping can take up to 3-4 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping in the store. If you are shipping an item as a gift, please call or text 832-785-5271 to let us know. Unfortunately, we are unable to gift wrap items on sale for 50% off or more.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All items must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of purchase for store credit only.

RETURN POLICY

If you’ve placed an order online, we ask you contact us within 3 days of product delivery via text or phone call at 832-785-5271.

Our inventory is limited and we will always do our best to accommodate size changes, but please understand we can’t guarantee product availability.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Items for return can be shipped to PepperLou Gifts, 14028A Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77079. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

In-store purchases must be returned within 5 days, with a receipt, for a full refund. Items may be returned within 10 days for exchange or store credit. All sale and holiday items are final sale.
